Thank you for supporting The Crafts Cafe. Every item in this shop is handmade with love, and because of the unique nature of our work, we’ve created the following policies to protect both you as a customer and us as a small business.

💬 Returns & Refunds

At this time, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for general dissatisfaction or change of mind. Each piece is crafted by hand, and natural variations or imperfections are part of the charm of handmade work.

However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include clear photos and a short explanation of the issue. We’ll be happy to review the case and may offer a replacement or store credit.

🔁 Exchanges

Exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis and only offered if the product arrives damaged or unusable. Items must be unused and in original condition to be considered for exchange. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

📦 Shipping & Delivery

We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments once the package has been handed off to the carrier. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout to avoid any issues.

✨ Custom Orders

All custom orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit upfront to begin the design process. The remaining balance is due prior to shipping.

Due to the personalized nature of these items, custom orders are non-refundable. I work closely with you during the process—sharing photos of materials, color options, beads, and design details to make sure we’re aligned. Your happiness matters to me, and each piece is made with care and attention to reflect your vision.
