Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. During holidays or special sales, processing time may be slightly longer.
Custom orders may fall outside this window depending on the design process and materials. I’ll always work with you directly to establish a clear delivery timeline upfront, so we’re on the same page and your one-of-a-kind piece arrives on time.

I ship via USPS or UPS, using trusted shipping tools (like Pirate Ship) to provide accurate rates and reliable tracking. You’ll receive a tracking number by email — often before I’ve even dropped off the package.

At this time, I ship to U.S. addresses only.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. I currently offer:

🛑 Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an item is in the hands of the shipping carrier, I am not responsible for delays or lost packages. If your item is delayed or missing, please contact the carrier directly using the tracking number provided.
🧾 Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your address at checkout. I cannot replace or refund orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
